Strong client‑facing skills (leading discussions, expectation management, escalation handling)
Hands‑on technical expertise (solution design, review, build, debug when required)
Strong experience in Data Solutions
Hands‑on experience with Databricks (Lakehouse, ETL, analytics, or AI workloads)
Ability to support pre‑sales activities as needed
Hands‑on technologist who can step in to design, review, and, when needed, build/debug components – not just guide from the sidelines.
