Probate/Trust Administrator
for a full-time, direct-hire position. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in managing complex estate and trust administration matters with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file probate petitions and supporting documents
Manage trust administration matters, including accountings, distributions, and trust termination documents
Prepare fiduciary accountings and assist with estate tax returns (Form 706) and gift tax returns
Coordinate with attorneys, beneficiaries, CPAs, financial advisors, and fiduciaries
Maintain organized case files and ensure full compliance with court requirements and deadlines
Qualifications
6+ years of probate and trust administration experience
Strong knowledge of probate procedures, estate tax returns, trust accountings, and related filings
Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
