Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Vice President, Advanced Analytics and Enterprise Reporting leads the modernization of enterprise reporting and the advancement of analytics across Molson Coors. The VP will unify disparate reporting functions from across the business, partner with IT to modernise our reporting tools and champion a shift from static reporting to guided, insights‑driven selling. The VP will also drive the scaled adoption of analytics and AI across the enterprise, developing solutions and tools and enabling business teams across supply chain, eCom, and commercial with actionable insights. The role bridges technical capabilities with commercial strategy, ensuring data and analytics are leveraged to unlock growth across the enterprise.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

Lead enterprise reporting and analytics strategy

across the U.S. and Canada, managing high‑performing teams and fostering a culture of data literacy, analytic rigor, and actionable insights.

Architect and modernise reporting frameworks

to deliver consistent, accurate, and accessible insights across all business units; drive the transition from static reporting to dynamic, guided decision‑making.

Partner with IT and senior stakeholders

to build scalable data infrastructure and enable advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and AI‑driven solutions that support commercial growth and operational efficiency.

Evaluate and implement modern BI tools and platforms , establishing governance protocols to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.

Translate complex analytics into business strategy , serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership; influence investment decisions and resource allocation through data‑driven insights.

Represent analytics in executive forums and cross‑functional planning , aligning initiatives with enterprise capability strategy and commercial priorities.

Drive innovation in analytics enablement , continuously optimising models and insights based on business feedback to maximise impact across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

15+ years of relevant experience

in analytics, reporting, or data strategy roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities.

Proven leadership experience

managing highly technical teams and driving enterprise‑level transformation.

Expertise in

business intelligence, data governance, and scalable reporting frameworks .

Strong understanding of

predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI

(experience preferred).

Ability to

translate complex data into actionable business strategies

and influence senior leadership decisions.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience representing analytics in executive forums.

Pay and Benefits:

Molson Coors offers a competitive salary range of

$210,600

to

$276,400

per year, plus a target

short‑term incentive

of 35% and a target

long‑term incentive

of

$100,000 . Average benefits spending is

$23,000

per employee, covering health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness incentives, EAP, and paid time off.
