Base pay range $124,100.00/yr - $162,800.00/yr
Role Overview As a Solution Architect – Commercial Products, you will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of solutions across diverse Commercial applications, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Solution Architecture – Commercial. While your primary focus will be on Salesforce solutions, you’ll also support solution design for other business products such as Revenue Management, Category Acceleration, and additional sales and marketing capabilities.
Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for all Commercial domain products, with a focus on Salesforce and SAP integration. Set technical standards, enforce architectural governance, and ensure alignment with Molson Coors’ enterprise architecture.
Technical Authority: Act as the final escalation point for technical decisions, providing expert guidance to agile delivery teams, external partners, and business stakeholders. Lead architectural reviews, solution design sessions, and technical deep-dives.
Strategic Influence: Partner with Product Management and senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps. Shape features and enablers that deliver measurable business value and competitive advantage.
Innovation & Best Practices: Evaluate emerging technologies, champion adoption of modern patterns (e.g., event‑driven, cloud‑native, API‑first), and drive continuous improvement across the Commercial technology stack.
Mentorship & Enablement: Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. Lead by example in upholding Molson Coors’ core values and technical standards.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across IT, business, and external partners to deliver integrated, secure, and high‑performing solutions that support Commercial growth and transformation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related STEM field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, with hands‑on expertise in Salesforce (Sales, Service, Consumer Goods, or Marketing Cloud) and SAP (ECC SD, S/4HANA, or related modules).
Proven track record as the technical lead or principal architect for large‑scale, integrated Commercial solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of integration patterns, data architecture, and security best practices—especially within Salesforce/SAP ecosystems.
Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) and strong SAP integration experience.
Mastery of agile and DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing at all levels and translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and elevating technical standards across teams.
