Senior Event & Marketing Specialist , you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and performance of EMS events and marketing campaigns in the U.S. and Canada. You will lead initiatives to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement, while ensuring alignment with EMS’s global marketing strategy. Reporting to the Sales Director – Americas, you will work autonomously to design and execute marketing strategies, manage third-party vendors, and collaborate with internal teams. You will also act as a key contributor in shaping the regional marketing presence of EMS across the United States and Canada.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Event Leadership & Brand Presence Own the full lifecycle of event planning and execution, including trade shows, congresses, product launches, and customer events. Define event strategies that align with commercial goals and strengthen EMS’s presence in North America. Represent EMS at events and ensure consistency in brand experience and messaging. Travel regularly to oversee and support on-site operations (U.S. and Canada). Develop localized marketing initiatives based on regional priorities and EMS global guidelines. Lead the design and rollout of digital campaigns across email, social media, and advertising channels. Collaborate with HQ to adapt global marketing tools for the North American audience. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the regional point of contact between Sales, Product Management, and HQ Marketing teams. Partner with sales teams to co-create impactful campaigns and support lead generation. Liaise with external vendors and partners to deliver marketing materials and event solutions on time and within budget. Performance Measurement & Budget Oversight Define KPIs for events and campaigns, and proactively monitor performance. Analyze results to refine future strategy and identify areas of improvement. Oversee the regional marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in all initiatives. EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in event marketing or integrated marketing roles, ideally in a healthcare, dental, or medical technology environment. Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently, while effectively managing operational execution. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing tools, and design platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish and/or French are a plus.
