Position Title Global Talent Acquisition – Talent Researcher
Position Type Full-time
Salary Range Base 100k – 120k
What You’ll Do
Engage with clients to gather requirements and support solution discussions.
Assist senior engineers in building and delivering AI prototypes, demos, and MVPs.
Explore and experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and open‑source technologies.
Integrate third‑party APIs and tools to rapidly create functional prototypes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during client onboarding and deployment.
Help create technical documentation and client‑facing solution briefs.
What We’re Looking For
Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience through AI hackathons, personal projects, or internships.
Comfortable with at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
Familiarity with modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace, LlamaIndex) is a strong plus.
Quick learner with a strong interest in trying out new technologies.
Excellent communication skills; confident engaging with external stakeholders.
