Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures. Assist with store operations to meet company standards and goals, including merchandising, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention. Assist with scheduling, training, and supervising staff to deliver excellent customer service. Qualifications
Minimum age requirement: 18. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Physical demands: standing, walking, and climbing ladders for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work up to 38 hours per week.
