VP - Operations, Technology, & Strategy Officer
Reporting to the President, VP - Operations, Technology, & Strategy Officer leads operations, technology initiatives, and strategic projects for Berkley Edge. The VP will manage operational staff, drive process efficiency, oversee technology strategy, and support business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities Operations Lead day-to-day policy processing, compliance, and customer service. Collaborate with underwriting and producers to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Drive process improvements and maintain organized records.
Technology Develop and implement technology strategy aligned with business goals. Identify and deploy innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Oversee system development, vendor management, and IT compliance.
Strategy Partner with leadership to define and execute strategic vision. Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Align operational activities with strategic objectives and report progress to senior leadership.
Additional Support underwriting audits, special projects, and promote company culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years in commercial insurance (E&S preferred).
Strong knowledge of casualty liability lines and insurance systems.
Leadership, project management, and mentorship experience.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Up to 10% travel.
