About Our Property Immerse yourself in the beautiful Central Oregon. Our re‑imagined 221‑room hotel in Bend, Oregon provides modern sophistication and world‑class amenities. Located on the banks of the river, the property invites outdoor pursuits.

What You Will Have an Opportunity to Do We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in hotel/resort maintenance, who is passionate about customer service, highly motivated, and detail‑oriented. In this role, you will provide oversight of the maintenance department and ensure all mechanical equipment is operating. You will manage engineering operations, maintenance, repair of property and grounds, preventative maintenance, and asset protection. You will identify needs, organize staff and contractors, and oversee completion of maintenance projects. You will work closely with team members and need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your Role

Respond to guests’ maintenance requests and resolve their needs efficiently.

Hire new employees and recommend promotions in Property Operations.

Train, motivate, and support subordinate staff to ensure quality service.

Counsel, coach, discipline, and document performance of staff.

Recognize and reward superior performance.

Direct and supervise staff in Property Operations.

Set work schedules for staff according to skill and workload.

Organize and attend meetings and maintain records and data for Property Operations.

Develop and monitor budget analysis and capital plans.

Develop and monitor engineering supplies, parts, inventories, and administer purchase order system.

Coordinate with outside contractors.

Ensure correct use of office equipment, EMS systems, and Life Safety Systems (training provided).

What We Are Looking For

Vocational or technical training preferred.

Two years’ experience in a similar hospitality position.

Previous supervisory experience.

Ability to read and interpret HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints.

Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

Universal refrigerant license.

Ability to read wire and schematic diagrams.

Ability to use an electrical meter correctly.

Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation $80,000 – $85,000
