Lead architect and developer for advanced Cobalt programs within the Lawson S3 v10 environment.
Design, develop, and implement enterprise‑scale customizations, integrations, and enhancements for critical business processes.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues such as performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
Develop and maintain high‑complexity workflows, interfaces, batch jobs, and automated data pipelines between Lawson and external systems.
Collaborate with technical analysts to evaluate, implement, and test patches, security updates, and version upgrades.
Enforce rigorous development standards, version control, and documentation best practices for long‑term stability.
Support major deployment cycles, regression testing, and production releases, ensuring zero‑defect outcomes in regulated environments.
Translate evolving business requirements into technical specifications and scalable coding solutions.
Serve as subject‑matter expert (SME) on Lawson architecture, integration frameworks, and module interdependencies.
Mentor and guide junior developers and cross‑functional partners on Lawson technical patterns and best practices.
Operate independently with minimal guidance, managing multiple concurrent projects in a fully remote setting.
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, business SMEs, and technical teams.
