Waldorf Astoria Park City invites you to join our Finance Team in Park City, UT. This award‑winning Forbes 4‑Star boutique property features 150 rooms, 4,000 sq ft of banquet space and three food & beverage outlets including a full‑meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant and in‑room dining. The Finance Analyst supports Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting functions, producing accurate reports, managing accounts and ensuring internal controls.
Job Details
Classification: Full‑time
Shift: Various – availability required weekdays, weekends and holidays
What will I be doing?
Perform retained Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting functions.
Respond to guest and charge inquiries promptly to support guest service and profitability.
Collaborate with SSCs and service providers to resolve disputes.
Participate in production of monthly accounts and month‑end responsibilities.
Execute internal controls over revenues, expenses, assets and liabilities.
Support special projects, team training and development.
Report results and assist others in understanding financial matters.
Develop constructive relationships with other finance and corporate departments.
Co‑manage goals and plans with the manager to prioritize and accomplish objectives.
Attend staff meetings related to work assignments.
Research and respond to internal information requests.
Adhere to fire, health and safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
Demonstrated hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
