What will I be doing?
Answer Room Service telephones and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu, including promotions, specials and preparation details
Upsell food and beverage items such as sides, desserts, beverages and special promotion items
Take guest food and beverage orders and input them into the appropriate point‑of‑sale system
Reconcile check upon delivery of order, verify check totals, handle gratuity disbursement and manage the cash drawer and house bank per accounting guidelines
