Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr
Principal Consultant, Specialist in Mission Critical & Industrial Construction Recruitment Summary:
Lead planning and execution of MEP (with emphasis on electrical/low-voltage) or commissioning scopes from design through IST for hyperscale and enterprise data centers.
Responsibilities
Own MEP/E scope definition, sub/vendor selection, and procurement sequencing.
Build and run commissioning plans (Level 1–5), FAT/SAT, and IST scripts.
Drive turnover packages: O&M, as-builts, redlines, asset tagging, warranty.
Manage change, testing windows, energization/MOPs, and utility interfaces.
Interface with client Cx/operations and mission-critical reliability teams.
Qualifications
8–12+ years with mission-critical MEP/E delivery; commissioning leadership preferred.
Deep familiarity with UPS, switchgear, MV distribution, CRAC/CRAH, CHW, controls.
Nice to Have PE, CxA, CFPS, PMP, ISO/QMS exposure.
