Position Responsibilities
Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
Assist sales account managers with setting account‑specific objectives, managing follow‑up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 4 plus years related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of supervisory experience
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law
Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products
