Base pay range $85,983.00/yr - $107,479.00/yr
Position Overview The Manufacturing Production Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times, manages overall package and product quality, oversees production process, staffing, training, and development, adheres to labor and OPEX budget, and performs other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure equipment is in working order and conditions are safe.
Manage overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained.
Responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjustments to equipment or work practices.
Staff, train, and develop team members.
Adhere to labor and OPEX budget.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of related experience, or 0-1+ years of supervisory experience, or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5+ years of specific experience and 2+ years of related supervisory experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s Degree.
