Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant; Gov Affairs to provide crucial support in their Washington, DC office!
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and calendaring for the head of their team.
Handle expense reports, invoice processing, coordinate contracts, and other financial tasks.
Provide meeting support through scheduling, agenda preparation, material assembly, note taking, and meeting minutes.
Support event planning and ensure accessibility for webpages and documents.
Special projects and other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
10+ years of strong administrative or executive support experience are required.
A bachelor's degree is highly preferred but not required.
Ability to work with senior executives, policymakers, and Hill staff.
Proficiencies in MS Office, Concur, Zoom and other standard softwares.
Self-starter with a high level of confidentiality able to effectively anticipate needs.
Resourceful problem-solving skills with flexibility and strong judgement.
Compensation & Position Information
Pays $25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
Temporary for 2-3 months with a strong potential for the assignment to extend.
Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm.
Metro accessible office in Washington, DC!
