The team is building a next-generation internal Python tooling platform used across embedded firmware, cloud, and verification groups. We’re looking for a senior-level Python developer who loves debugging, root-cause analysis, and designing robust internal tools, not just writing scripts.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of Python tooling, test infrastructure, and engineering support, where you’ll help shape an early-stage internal tool that multiple teams rely on.

Requirements Must-Have
Python Expertise
Building internal tools/packages (not just scripts)
Code reviews and dependency management
Modern Python project structures (build systems, packaging, environments)
Working through ambiguous failures
Debugging unfamiliar/dynamic codebases
Pytest and unit testing experience
Fixture and/or plugin development (preferred)
Understanding integration of tools within test environments
Clear communication across multiple teams
Ability to own issues end-to-end (detection → investigation → resolution)
Nice-to-Have
HIL testing or embedded systems debugging
UV or modern packaging workflows
Regulated/medical-device industry experience
Role
Build, maintain, and evolve internal Python tooling and packages
Design clean, modular APIs with defensive coding and robust error handling
Investigate and reproduce failures across tools, tests, firmware, and cloud systems
Use advanced debugging and trace tools for in-depth problem analysis
Support embedded, cloud, and verification teams in adopting new tooling
Develop tests that validate real-world scenarios and improve stability/performance
Help bootstrap and mature an early-stage internal tool ecosystem
Contribute to standards, best practices, and packaging patterns
