Overview

We’re looking for a

Senior Python Tooling Engineer

to join our team and help build a next-generation internal Python tooling platform used across firmware, cloud, and verification groups. This is a high-impact, full-time role focused on building internal tools and engineering infrastructure—not a standard scripting or automation position. Responsibilities

Design and develop Python-based internal tooling, packages, and interfaces. Lead debugging and root-cause investigations across complex systems. Build and extend pytest fixtures, plugins, and testing utilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, cloud, verification). Own issues end-to-end—from detection to resolution. Strong Python expertise with a focus on tooling, packaging, and developer workflows. Experience with modern Python project structures (build systems, environments, dependency management). Advanced debugging skills (trace tools, breakpoints, pdb, profiling). Strong understanding of test frameworks, especially

pytest . Excellent technical communication and ability to work cross-functionally. Qualifications

Proficient in designing and developing Python tooling and APIs used across multiple engineering teams. Deep debugging and root-cause analysis capabilities. Experience with pytest and related testing utilities. Strong understanding of Python packaging, project structure, and developer workflows. Experience with building and maintaining internal tooling ecosystems. Location
