Position: Full Time
Compensation Base pay: $170,000 – $190,000 per year, negotiable based on credentials and experience.
Job Overview As a key leader in the hospital, you will drive positive change and growth, shape the hospital's vision and culture, maintain high standards of care, partner with the practice manager and leadership team, develop strategies, implement improvements, guide the hospital toward excellence in patient and client care, and support staff development.
Responsibilities
Drive positive change and growth as a key leader, shaping the hospital's vision and culture.
Partner with the practice manager and leadership team to develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide the hospital toward excellence in patient and client care.
Support and mentor veterinarians at the hospital, enhancing patient care and outcomes through close collaboration with practice managers and leadership.
Lead clinical standards and mentor a skilled team, helping shape services across urgent care and general practice.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state to be hired, in place prior to start date.
Active DEA and MD CDS license or eligibility for DEA and MD CDS licensure.
