Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Role Description This is an on‑site role as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist located in Chicago, IL. The professional in this role will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Expertise in Speech Therapy, Speech, and related interventions

Knowledge and experience in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders

Strong ability to collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support children’s development

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Illinois)

Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred

Passion for working with pediatric populations and a deep commitment to their growth and success

Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
