Project Description Expert application development including Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL.
Responsibilities
Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and tuning Oracle Forms and Reports 10g.
Work with key program area stakeholders to understand business requirements for new or redesigned systems.
Collaborate with IT and program area leads to translate program area requirements into technology requirements and recommend viable technical options.
Perform code reviews and suggest changes that best fit the Program and Agency needs.
Perform Proof of Concept / Proof of Value for various technologies.
Mandatory Requirements
15+ Years of experience.
Experience making high-level design choices and dictating technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
Design multi-level architecture or component interactions of large-scale software systems.
Additional Requirements
84 months of experience developing Oracle Forms and Reports v9, v10 applications.
84 months of experience working in a government agency specializing in transportation.
84 months of experience developing in PL/SQL and SQL*Plus, writing stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers, with various ETL tools.
84 months of experience with performance tuning of SQL queries and performing technical proof of concepts or proof of value for government agencies.
60 months of experience programming applications for use with UNIX, NT, and PC environments.
84 months of experience developing scripts and testing for an Oracle 8i/9i/10g environment.
