Knowledge Builders Inc is seeking a
Software Architect - Expert
to lead expert application development, including
Oracle Forms & Reports
and
PL/SQL Developer
responsibilities.
Day To Day Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Design, code, test, debug, and tune Oracle Forms and Reports 10g.
Work with key program area stakeholders to understand business requirements for new or redesigned systems.
Collaborate with IT and program area leads to translate requirements into technology requirements and recommend viable technical options.
Perform code reviews and suggest changes that best fit the Program and Agency needs.
Perform Proof of Concept / Proof of Value for various technologies.
Mandatory Qualifications Software Architect:
Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi‑leveled architecture or component interactions of a large‑scale software system.
Expert:
84+ months experience, able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications
84 months experience developing Oracle Forms and Reports v9, v10 Applications.
84 months experience working in a government agency specialized to transportation agency.
84 months experience developing in PL/SQL and SQL*Plus and SQL writing stored procedures, functions, packages and triggers, various ETL tools.
84 months experience with Performance Tuning of SQL Queries and performing technical proof of concepts or proof of value for government agencies.
60 months experience programming applications for use with UNIX, NT and PC environments.
84 months experience developing scripts and testing for an Oracle 8i/9i/10g environment.
