Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Control cash, inventory, and cost controls; enforce company policies.
Lead and coach team members, set the example, and promote a high‑performing environment.
Staff, paper work, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior retail or customer service experience.
Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage inventory, cash, and staffing.
Valid driver’s license (if required for delivery duties).
Physical Requirements Standing, walking, and loping through store. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds. Operating equipment at varying temperatures. Driving to deliver pizzas in designated area.
