This is a leadership role where you will own the technology, maintenance, process and setting for the equipment for the line. You will possess deep expertise and will be viewed as the technology expert of the line/s.
How You Will Contribute
Partner & enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets - Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, ensuring process stability; participate in the DMS- Daily Management System meetings at the shift and line level
Own the technology, process and centerline settings for the equipment and process; manage progressive maintenance systems, key performance indicators, and the repairs & maintenance budget
Develop, own and execute preventive and time‑based maintenance systems; build team capability to execute these plans and maintain equipment independently; lead PM systems and work processes at the line level
Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements; manage change management, localization of spares, breakdown analysis and R&M cost reduction; represent the line as the site technology owner in regional and global forums
Assist in VSU initiatives and enable the VSU team; benchmark external and internal practices; serve as a subject‑matter expert and trainer on PM topics
What You Will Bring
Advanced knowledge of AM‑Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 and Progressive Maintenance Step 3; skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions and execute AM & PM standards
Capability to lead a line role, coach next‑level SWP owners, and drive PDCA improvement across the line
Experience as a Line Leader, developing and aligning goals, coaching team members, and delivering IDPs
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Prevent incidents – zero safety and quality incidents culture
Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, organized, hazard‑free environment
Monitor and analyze line performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and reduce equipment and material losses through systemic loss elimination
Align line processes with ERP/MES and digital platforms for real‑time tracking and automation
Own production productivity cycle and deliver improvement projects
Coach and develop line teams; collaborate across operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
Maintain detailed process documentation: SOPs, OPLs, visual aids, and Loss Intelligence glidepath
Lead focused improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve yield
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions

Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–3 years in current role, ready to promote, proven people‑leadership skills
Experience in Process Engineering with proven people‑leadership
Experience in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma and HPO concepts is a plus
Work schedule
Flexibility required to work any shift
Salary and Benefits The base salary ranges from $73,900 to $101,640, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The position offers a competitive bonus program with potential for above‑level performance.
