This role is ideal for builders who want to define a new category of software rather than optimize existing ones.
Base pay range $170,000.00/yr – $360,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter).
Where You Come In You will be a foundational member of the product engineering team, responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of novel features. UI paradigms break down when applied to generative AI; you will invent new ones. You’ll collaborate directly with researchers to productionize raw model capabilities, turning experimental breakthroughs into stable, usable product workflows.
What You Will Build
0‑to‑1 Features:
Own the full lifecycle of product development, turning abstract ideas into shipped features that define how users interact with creative intelligence.
Rapid Prototyping:
Build fast, functional prototypes to test new model capabilities, helping the research team understand product implications in real time.
The Creative Canvas:
Build interactive workspaces where users collaborate with AI agents, developing tools that allow iterative refinement and control over generative outputs.
The Profile We Are Looking For
High Agency Builder:
History of creating, launching, and building new systems from scratch. Thrive in environments where you define the spec as you build.
Product Instincts:
Understand that backend architecture is only as good as the product capabilities it enables. Prioritize user experience in every technical decision.
Versatile Mastery:
Master of React and TypeScript, comfortable jumping across the stack when necessary to unblock a feature.
