Manning Personnel Group, Inc., is working with a Biotechnology Research firm in Boston as they are actively seeking an Employee and Office Experience Coordinator.
The Employee and Office Experience Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing events, supporting day-to-day office operations, and partnering with Human Resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment, including ordering office supplies, greeting visitors, handling kitchen/food services, and vendor relationships.
Provide administrative support to HR, updating organizational charts, and maintaining our company intranet site.
Serve as a visible and enthusiastic ambassador for office culture, reinforcing values across all employee touchpoints.
Lead event planning committee and ensure consistent communications.
Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, celebrations, team-building activities, and social gatherings.
Identify and propose new initiatives that strengthen team connection, engagement, and community.
Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of prior experience in office administration, employee experience, HR coordination or operations
Experience in start-up environment and biotech/life sciences industry is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with employees at all levels
Attention to detail and strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
