Food & Beverage Supervisor
Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park – a four‑diamond luxury hotel in downtown Atlanta offering spectacular views of the skyline and Centennial Olympic Park. The hotel is connected to Philips Arena, the Georgia World Congress Center, and is the closest hotel to Mercedes‑Benz Stadium.

Job Description Lead and supervise the food and beverage department to deliver prompt, courteous service that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies.
Responsibilities
Assist in overall supervision of all outlets within the food and beverage department
Have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus
Have full knowledge of responsible alcohol service
Proper setup and breakdown of area and service station
Provide the highest quality guest interactions – be pleasant, friendly and polite to everyone
Provide cocktail service throughout all outlets
Multi‑task several guests and duties at once, maintaining the highest levels of service
Take food and beverage orders from guests
Enter orders into the computer ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage walk‑up and seated guests appropriately
Prepare beverages for servers from printed tickets
Follow service standards and best practices at all times
Demonstrate excellent teamwork with internal associates
Responsible for assigned shift, assisting in overall management
Demonstrate full working knowledge of POS system
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Be pleasant, smile, and greet all guests, using guest names when obtained
Check staff punctuality
Must have sense of urgency throughout entire shift
Handle guest comments and complaints
Stay on the floor during operating hours
Communicate with guests and receive feedback
Observe, teach, and correct associates' service
Maintain condition of outlets
Assist manager with schedule, forecast, payroll, email, Kronos, Medallia, MOS
Perform any other duties assigned by Management
Qualifications
Previous supervisor experience in food and beverage highly preferred
Knowledge of wines, beer and liquor required
TIPS Certification required
Food Handler Certification required
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Able to work long hours/shifts
Proficient reading and writing in English
Able to lift and carry 20 pounds routinely, up to 50 pounds occasionally
Physically able to walk, sit, stand, squat, reach, and lean in the course of daily business
Able to carry and balance oval and cocktail traysAble to push purchasing carts for a distance
Self‑motivated, able to work with limited supervision
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays, and AM and PM shifts
