Adobe Martech Architect
to design and implement enterprise‑grade solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related services (RT‑CDP, AJO, CJA). Location

9‑12 months Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture – Define end‑to‑end AEP architecture, including XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, and identity stitching. Design data ingestion pipelines (batch, streaming, API‑based) for diverse enterprise systems. Ensure integration with Adobe Experience Cloud products (RT‑CDP, AJO, CJA) and external systems such as CRM, DMPs, and cloud data warehouses. Data Strategy & Governance – Develop scalable, reusable customer data models aligned with enterprise governance and implement privacy, consent, and compliance standards across all data flows. Optimize performance, scalability, and cost‑efficiency of CDP infrastructure. Integration & Activation – Build APIs and connectors for real‑time data ingestion and activation; enable campaign migration from legacy tools to Adobe stack; support segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration use cases. Technical Leadership – Act as a subject‑matter expert for AEM, AEP and related Adobe services; provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams; collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into technical requirements. Innovation & Best Practices – Stay updated on Adobe product roadmap and emerging MarTech trends; develop architectural documentation, reference designs, and best practices; drive continuous improvement in AEP implementation methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 10–15 years in data/MarTech architecture, with 3–5 years in Adobe AEP/RT‑CDP/AJO. Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of XDM schemas, identity resolution, and profile stitching. Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, Kafka/EventHub, Azure Data Factory, APIs, and ETL tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert AEP highly preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management. Preferred Skills
Experience migrating campaigns from legacy platforms. Ability to design scalable, secure, and high‑performing architectures. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM). Seniority Level
