Position:
Clinical Nurse Educator
Location:
Honolulu, HI
Pay:
$75,552 – $113,283 per year
Experience:
At least 2 years acute care nursing experience; 1 year experience in an educator role.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
Type:
Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Description
Develop, coordinate, and implement nursing education programs.
Assess staff competency and support continuous clinical development.
Ensure compliance with nursing scope of practice, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
Serve as an educator, consultant, and resource for nursing staff.
Support evidence-based nursing practices and professional growth.
Assist with orientation, training modules, and CEU-related learning initiatives.
Collaborate with nursing leadership to address training needs and quality standards.
Position Requirements
Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong accuracy, independent thinking, and attention to detail.
Ability to develop training content with working knowledge of nursing practice and CEU requirements.
Ability to safely support patient mobility.
Proficient with computers, electronic health records, and digital training tools.
