Pay: $75,552 – $113,283/year
Experience: At least 2 years acute care nursing experience; 1 year experience in an educator or leadership capacity.
Education: Master’s Degree in a healthcare‑related field (or enrollment in a program) required; current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
Type: Full‑time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Description
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all nursing operations and clinical initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, patient safety requirements, and organizational policies.
Develop and implement nursing practice standards and performance improvement strategies.
Lead staffing, training, and competency development for nursing personnel.
Foster collaboration across departments to support high‑quality patient care.
Guide development of clinical policies, protocols, and educational programs.
Evaluate nursing performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
Position Requirements
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
Strong accuracy, dependability, and independent judgment.
Ability to guide staff education and clinical development.
Ability to manage patient mobility safely.
Proficiency with electronic health records and digital documentation tools.
