Responsibilities I. Deliver World-Class Clinical Care
Transform Smiles & Lives: Diagnose, plan, and perform a full spectrum of dental treatments—from preventive care to advanced restorative and surgical procedures.
Educate & Empower: Guide patients toward optimal oral health through personalized education and treatment options.
Lead Clinical Excellence: Collaborate with hygienists and assistants, and refer complex cases within the Imagen network or trusted specialists.
II. Inspire & Mentor
Build a Culture of Growth: Coach and mentor your clinical team, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Access cutting-edge education through Imagen University and bring the latest innovations to your practice.
III. Drive Practice Success
Strategic Leadership: Partner with your Operations Manager to set a bold vision for growth and communicate it with clarity and purpose.

Qualifications
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
Current, valid state license to practice dentistry (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure.
Two years of practice experience.
Other certifications as required by state to include - CPR, DEA, etc.
Open to relocation.
