The Role This is a rare opportunity to join a hyper‑growth AI leader as a
Strategic Project Lead . You will directly manage multi‑million‑dollar projects, collaborate with elite AI research teams, and work hand‑in‑hand with senior leadership (President & Head of Operations). This is not a traditional project management role; it’s high‑impact, high‑autonomy, and deeply tied to the company’s long‑term success. The right person will be entrepreneurial, detail‑oriented, and able to execute at the pace of a top Silicon Valley startup.
Responsibilities
Execute large‑scale projects for top AI labs and tech companies, driving
$10M+ in revenue .
Source, vet, and manage hundreds of domain experts across industries (software engineering, medicine, law, etc.).
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with AI researchers and technical leaders.
Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities for project expansion, and drive operational excellence.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to optimize processes and enhance the platform.
What We’re Looking For
3–7+ years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or similar fast‑paced environments.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience working with customers or stakeholders on complex projects.
Ability to manage multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously.
Generous equity grant vested over 4 years.
Relocation bonus: $20K (if moving to the Bay Area).
Housing bonus: $10K (if living within 0.5 miles of the office).
$1K monthly stipend for meals.
