Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Work with a diverse team to reach highest potential.
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer, deliver flyers and door hangers.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product and receive & process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Valid driver’s licence with safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle.
Ability to navigate maps, locate addresses within a designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Work Conditions:
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas; sudden changes in temperature; fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk‐in cooler; hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing:
Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments:
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements:
Standing for most tasks; walking short distances; sitting for paperwork; lifting up to 50 lb; carrying large cans and pizza dough; pushing trays up to 7.5 lb; pulling trays; climbing stairs or ladders occasionally; stooping/bending at waist for pizza assembly; crouching/squatting; reaching above 72″; hand tasks requiring forearm and wrist strength; shaping pizza dough; manipulating pizza peel and rolling cutter; frequent and forceful pinching for assembling cardboard boxes; grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes; use of pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
