We are seeking a
General Manager
who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of passionate foodservice professionals. This role requires a high level of energy, attention to detail, and a genuine love for hospitality. The GM drives performance by coaching team members, maintaining operational excellence, and managing the business to meet and exceed financial goals.
Responsibilities Operations & Guest Experience
Lead by example in delivering warm, consistent, high-quality service.
Ensure all food and beverage items meet brand and quality standards.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
Manage daily checklists, opening/closing procedures, and shift execution.
Troubleshoot service issues in real time with a guest‑first mindset.
Hire, train, coach, and develop all team members, including assistant managers and shift leaders.
Build a positive, team‑oriented culture aligned with company values.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
Ensure all staff are properly trained on food safety, procedures, and brand standards.
Financial & Business Performance
Manage labor costs, COGS, and controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budget goals.
Analyze daily/weekly/monthly P&L reports to identify areas for improvement.
Create and execute plans to drive sales, including local marketing and community engagement.
Maintain proper inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
Compliance & Brand Integrity
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor laws.
Maintain accurate records for scheduling, payroll, and operational checklists.
Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast‑casual or QSR preferred).
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable.
Strong financial acumen and comfort working with KPIs, P&L, and budgets.
Experience with POS systems; Toast preferred.
High energy, hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills.
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

$70,000.00–$80,000.00
