What You’ll Do As General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant—leading the team, owning the guest experience, and driving profitability. You’ll collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Operations to set the tone, scale performance, and build a culture of accountability and celebration.
Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant operations with excellence in service, safety, and execution
Champion the guest experience by modeling hospitality, resolving concerns, and ensuring standards are met
Recruit, hire, train, and retain high‑performing team with a focus on culture and career development
Set performance goals and coach managers and hourly team members to exceed expectations
Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
Manage P&L with a sharp eye on controllable costs: labor, COGS, and operating expenses
Partner with marketing and operations to activate local initiatives and drive traffic
Forecast and schedule labor to meet operational needs and business volume
Lead daily line checks, shift huddles, and pre‑shift meetings to ensure readiness and communication
Oversee facilities, vendor relationships, and inventory accuracy
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including multi‑manager oversight
Strong business and financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and costs
A hands‑on leader who thrives in high‑energy, fast‑paced environments
Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead diverse teams
Highly organized with an eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Requirements
Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Service Certifications
Valid Driver’s License
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
