Your Mission
Develop and execute the partnership strategy
for corporate and professional network partners, prioritizing PE/VC, GPOs, professional services, and non‑profits.
Source, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements
with enterprise‑level organizations to drive significant new business and revenue.
Spearhead the expansion of Engine’s Perks program , securing enterprise partnerships to offer our platform as a premier travel benefit.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key executive stakeholders , including C‑suite leaders and partners, ensuring long‑term alignment.
Collaborate cross‑functionally
with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to launch and support new partnerships.
Define and track KPIs
to measure success and provide regular reporting to leadership.
What You’ll Bring
7‑10+ years
in enterprise sales or business development, with a track record of selling SaaS or technology solutions to financial services, PE/VC, or professional services firms.
Mastery of the “one‑to‑many” sales motion , structuring scalable partnerships.
Exceptional financial acumen —building data‑driven business cases focused on ROI and value creation.
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with C‑suite executives
and senior partners of large, complex organizations.
Experience with B2B2C partnership models , positioning products as employee or member benefits.
Entrepreneurial spirit
with a bias for action and resilience in fast‑paced environments.
Compensation & Perks
Base Pay Range:
$110,000 – $150,000 USD
Overall Compensation (including variable, equity, OTE):
$183,000 – $250,000 USD
