About the Team and the Role As part of the C2C and Seller Experience organization, you’ll lead a transformative product area focused on AI-powered seller tools. You’ll spearhead advancements in AI capabilities, including seller agent features, and shape the future of listing and selling experiences on eBay.

What You’ll Be Working On

Define and Drive Product Strategy

– Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered seller tools; lead strategy around listing simplification, seller agent capabilities, and mobile-first workflows; champion innovation in AI, generative models, automation, and intelligent defaults.

Deliver High-Impact, AI-Enhanced Products

– Drive development of features that let sellers create listings via photo inference, automated content generation, and more; partner with engineering, AI, design, and research to deliver high-quality experiences across web and mobile; use experimentation and data analysis to improve seller efficiency and conversion.

Obsess Over the Seller Journey

– Deeply understand seller needs from mobile-first casual users to high-volume merchants; co-create features with user research and feedback loops; reduce friction and enhance trust through personalized, intuitive experiences.

Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team

– Hire, mentor, and grow world-class product managers; create a culture grounded in customer empathy, urgency, and craft excellence; champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Operate as a Strategic, Cross-Functional Leader

– Align closely with leaders across Product, Core AI, Knowledge Graph, Marketing, Trust, Shipping, and Global Markets; integrate partner technologies; represent your product area in executive forums; collaborate with program and operations teams to ensure roadmap execution.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of product management experience, focusing on customer-facing innovation at scale.

Proven track record defining and executing strategies in marketplaces, platforms, or commerce ecosystems.

Hands‑on experience developing AI‑driven or automation features, especially using generative AI, computer vision, or inference systems.

Deep analytical capability with a data‑first mindset and strong experimentation chops.

10+ years of team leadership experience, passionate about mentoring and scaling high‑performing teams.

Exceptional storytelling, collaboration, and influence across senior stakeholders and partners.

Strong empathy for sellers and a desire to simplify and enhance their day‑to‑day workflows.

Base Pay Range:

$218,400 - $291,600

Base pay offered may vary depending on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) and a full range of benefits, including 401‑k eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave.
