Position Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Dermatology Location: Sarasota, Florida Start Date: 2026
About the Opportunity Join a growing, locally owned, physician-led Dermatology practice – NOT private equity – serving communities across Florida’s Gulf Coast and Southeast regions. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Dermatology NP/PA to step into a stable, well-supported practice with a reputation for exceptional patient care.
You will work with a collaborative team of highly experienced dermatologists and advanced practice providers, utilizing state-of-the-art facilities, modern equipment, and streamlined workflows designed to support both provider satisfaction and excellent patient outcomes.
Position Highlights
Manage a high-demand mix of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology (cosmetics optional)

Compensation & Benefits

Ideal Candidate Profile
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida
At least 1 year of Dermatology experience (medical/surgical dermatology)
Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
Passion for compassionate, high-quality patient care
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic
