JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Fully responsible for all store operations – cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example; enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
Staffing, training, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately (calculator may be used).
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills required to take and process orders.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
Deliver product by car to the customer’s door.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Maintain an insured vehicle available for delivery.
