Responsibilities and Requirements

All cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

Set the example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time.

Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, perfect image and adherence to standards.

Great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Drive product to customers and deliver flyers, door hangers, and manage delivery logistics.

Qualifications

Operate all equipment and work with ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.

Prepare and receive orders, complete inventory paperwork, and maintain daily cleanliness.

Training: orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

Communication: give correct written instructions, communicate verbally and over the phone.

Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.

Motor coordination: rapid and accurate movements with speed; enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.

Essential Functions/Skills

Accuracy in basic arithmetic; monetary change.

Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.

Motor coordination for precise, fast movements.

Typing and touch‑screen skills.

Work Conditions

Varying and sometimes adverse weather when outside.

In‑store temperatures 36‑90°F.

Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.

Sensing

Talking and hearing on telephone.

Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

Depth perception.

Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments

Direct activities, repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress.

Meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting for paperwork.

Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs; stacking onto shelves up to 72 inches high.

Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce, pizza dough trays (~12 lbs each).

Pushing/pulling: trays on dollies, up to 7.5 lbs force.

Climbing: stairs or ladder for maintenance.

Forward bending, crouching/squatting, reaching up to 72 inches, reaching down for tasks.

Eye‑hand coordination required for shaping dough, manipulating pizza tools, and packing boxes.

Use of pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and peel.

Additional Information

Driving: valid driver’s license, safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle.

Navigation skills: read map, locate addresses, navigate adverse terrain.

Physical demands for delivery: carrying, driving, walking, climbing five or more flights of stairs.
