Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the operating room.
Implement process initiatives to improve service efficiency and patient experience.
Collaborate with the Administrator to promote fiscal accountability and evaluate staff performance.
Develop and revise policies, oversee staff credentialing, and manage preventive safety measures.
Handle risk‑management duties and use clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
Maintain OR and pre/post‑operative operational excellence.
Qualifications
Current RN license required.
Proven experience as a clinical director or in a managerial position.
Experience in an ambulatory surgery center is ideal.
Operating room RN experience required.
PACU experience preferred.
Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures.
Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g., ISO) and regulations for the clinical field.
