Regional Clinical Manager The Regional Clinical Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the operating room and implements process initiatives to improve the efficiency of services and patient experience. The role reports to the Administrator and collaborates to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Regional Clinical Manager oversees staff credentialing, preventive safety measures, risk management duties, and uses clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes. Pre‑ and post‑op surgical experience is required.
Qualifications
Current RN license (REQUIRED)
Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position
Experience in an ambulatory surgery center is ideal
Operating room RN experience required
PACU experience preferred
Experience in clinical supervision and program management
Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures
