Compensation and Benefits Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of
$273,000
to
$327,000
annually, and the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation through our RVU incentive plan.
Full‑time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include: 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, LTD, STD, FSA, group term life insurance, and employee assistance program.
Location Part of the New York metropolitan area, Perth Amboy offers you a place to call home close to the Big Apple. Located on Raritan Bay, residents of Perth Amboy enjoy Raritan Bay Waterfront Park. The first Middlesex County park to be built on the banks of the scenic Raritan Bay, this nautically‑themed park has breathtaking views of the New York skyline and features a landmark pavilion overlook.
Raritan Bay Medical Center (RBMC) has served central New Jersey since 1902, offering a comprehensive range of care services at its Perth Amboy and Old Bridge facilities. Together, these two locations house 501 hospital beds. RBMC is a New Jersey state‑designated primary stroke center and recipient of the American Stroke Association and American Heart Association Get with the Guidelines Stroke Silver Plus and Heart Failure Gold Performance Achievement Awards. The facility has been designated a Magnet Hospital for nursing excellence three times, making it one of less than seven percent of hospitals nationally to achieve re‑designation.

Average of 5 to 10 admits per night
