Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate AI‑driven initiatives within the Enterprise Master Data Management team. This role will focus on optimizing processes, increasing automation, and ensuring compliance across global operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, technical acumen, and experience working with AI technologies.
Drive multiple AI‑focused projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Develop and maintain project charters, ROI analyses, and detailed status reports
Oversee weekly reporting and governance processes; validate AI‑generated content for accuracy
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions
Manage data normalization efforts for large datasets (14M+ records), addressing duplicates and incomplete information
Coordinate workflow improvements and process documentation using AI tools (HIPPO, Walk Me, Celonis)
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, including ethical AI practices and regional restrictions
Support onboarding of new partners and integration of advanced technologies
Facilitate communication across 21 stakeholder groups and maintain transparency through regular readouts
Qualifications
Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred
Experience: 7+ years in project management, preferably in technology or data‑driven environments
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT systems, data governance, and workflow optimization
Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI implementation
Skills: Strong PM fundamentals (charters, ROI, reporting), familiarity with AI tools and process automation
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
