Senior Project Manager – Location: Chicago, IL Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate AI‑driven initiatives within the Enterprise Master Data Management team. This role focuses on optimizing processes, increasing automation, and ensuring compliance across global operations.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Drive multiple AI‑focused projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Develop and maintain project charters, ROI analyses, and detailed status reports.
Oversee weekly reporting and governance processes; validate AI‑generated content for accuracy.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions.
Manage data normalization efforts for large datasets (14M+ records), addressing duplicates and incomplete information.
Coordinate workflow improvements and process documentation using AI tools (HIPPO, Walk Me, Celonis).
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, including ethical AI practices and regional restrictions.
Support onboarding of new partners and integration of advanced technologies.
Facilitate communication across 21 stakeholder groups and maintain transparency through regular readouts.
Requirements
Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 7+ years in project management, preferably in technology or data‑driven environments.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT systems, data governance, and workflow optimization.
Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI implementation.
Skills: Strong PM fundamentals (charters, ROI, reporting), familiarity with AI tools and process automation.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
