Role Overview The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is responsible for advancing YWCA Madison’s mission by cultivating a culture of philanthropy that sustains and supports the organization.
The CDO leads the strategy and operations to form and maintain lasting relationships with institutional, individual donors.
The Chief Development Officer manages the YWCA Madison fund development and marketing team.
