Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
Oversee cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management.
Work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
Provide great customer service.
Maintain attendance and punctuality.
Ensure transportation to/from work and store cleanliness.
Support marketing efforts and maintain profitability.
Requirements
Strong judgment and decision‑making skills.
Proficiency in basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Ability to multitask and operate equipment.
Good verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination for rapid accurate movements.
Ability to navigate the delivery area and read a map.
Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable employment laws.
