Responsibilities
Oversee all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example for your crew and enforce 100% compliance with all policy and procedures.
Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store image, standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, and cleanliness.
Execute marketing initiatives and drive profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or food‑service experience preferred.
Strong judgment, math skills, and multitasking ability.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly; accurate monetary change handling.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Proficiency with computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry.
Navigate maps and addresses within a defined delivery area, including adverse terrain.
Salary: $250,000.00–$275,000.00
