Reports To: Vice President, Product

Building forecasting and yield optimization models across the publisher network
Predicting attribution outcomes and designing strategies that optimize yield
Owning projects from end-to-end, from data ingestion, advanced modeling, delivering insights
Refining yield optimization frameworks to maximize ROI for customers
Applying advanced methods such as time series forecasting, causal inference, clustering, and optimization algorithms
Delivering reporting and insights to partners and product teams, guiding decision making and product feature development
Building dashboards and data visualizations to make outputs accessible
Partnering with engineering teams to embed forecasting and yield models into the platform

5+ years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, and yield management
Expertise in time series forecasting and optimization
Strong SQL querying and data wrangling skills
Experience working with marketing, demand generation, and/or digital media data
Programming skills in Python and/or R for modeling and statistical analysis
Experience analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple sources
Exposure to hospitality, travel, or performance marketing attribution is preferred
Experience with Azure and/or SQL Server is preferred
