Compensation The Target Pay Range for this position is $85,800.00–$104,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $66,600.00–$124,300.00 annually. Compensation decisions are based on job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. Performance‑based incentives are available. You collaborate with product owners and UX teams to uncover opportunities, solve problems, and improve usability across platforms. From day one, you explore data, contribute to sprint goals, and support strategic initiatives that directly influence how members interact with our services. Location & Remote Policy Applicants must reside in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. Washington residents within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila are requested to work onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Candidates outside that commute area who qualify for the approved remote work locations may work remotely. Both remote and onsite candidates receive full support for collaboration and engagement. What You’ll Do Lead Analytical Projects across divisional initiatives supporting BECU’s mission. Conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and descriptive analyses to uncover trends and opportunities. Create and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and business metrics across digital, marketing, product, and operations. Collaborate with product owners, UX teams, and stakeholders to define metrics and deliver insightful analyses. Analyze A/B tests and experiments, providing actionable recommendations to improve member experience. Transform and prepare data using SQL, Python, or Alteryx for reporting and analysis. Validate data pipelines with data engineering and BI teams, maintaining documentation for transformation logic. Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Contribute to best practices, share tools, templates, and feedback with peers. Translate stakeholder needs into analytical tasks that drive decision‑making. Document thoroughly to ensure clarity and accessibility. Engage in BECU’s data analyst forums to exchange ideas and improve your craft. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science) or equivalent experience. Typically requires 2 years of relevant data analysis experience. Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Python, or equivalent data preparation tools such as Alteryx. Intermediate proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Desired Qualifications 1 year of relevant business or financial industry experience preferred. Solid understanding of mathematical formulas, foundational statistics, and KPI concepts. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
